Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in payments or fintech.
• 3+ years of direct people-management leading PM teams.
• End-to-end product delivery across multiple lines.
• Strong data analytics, KPI development, and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, roadmaps, and commercial performance for Realpage Payments.
• Lead and develop a team of 3-5 product managers.
• Allocate resources and set priorities across product lines.
• Establish best practices for discovery, backlog, and definition of ready.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to ensure go-to-market and compliance.
