Job summary

StarRez, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Payments, responsible for end-to-end ownership of the Payments domain across StarRez products.

Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and partner with Product Owners, Engineering, Design, Finance and external partners to deliver outcomes that create value. You will shape pricing, monetisation models, and drive measurable performance against KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS/payments/fintech or financial services.
• Experience owning a product across full lifecycle with measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, gateways, processing, settlement, reconciliation, and reporting workflows.
• Strong commercial acumen with revenue, pricing, and business performance influence.
• Experience with pricing, monetisation models, or revenue-sharing partnerships.
• Experience driving KPIs such as revenue, adoption, and operational efficiency.
• Strong data fluency to define metrics and inform prioritisation.
• Demonstrated discovery leadership and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Design.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Payments domain across StarRez products.
• Drive roadmap prioritisation to deliver measurable business impact.
• Own payments performance against KPIs including revenue, adoption, and reconciliation efficiency.
• Develop pricing and monetisation models to optimise financial outcomes.
• Build expertise in payment ecosystems and customer workflows to guide strategy.
• Lead data-driven product development using experimentation and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, Quality and Design to ensure clear direction and delivery.
• Work with Partnerships and external providers to expand capabilities and growth.
• Coordinate with Finance, Go-to-Market, and Customer Operations to align priorities.
