Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Director of Product Management, Payments, to lead a team delivering real-time, scalable payment experiences across credit cards and personal loans. You will translate business strategy into platform capabilities, partner with Tech and LOBs, and guide a roadmap aligned with Capital One’s enterprise vision.

You’ll foster cross-functional collaboration, ensure platform performance, and drive data governance while enabling AI-driven value across the payments portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field and at least 5 years of Product Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a long-term roadmap that supports a broader enterprise vision and industry trends.
• Engage Lines of Business (LOBs) to define, prioritize and build reusable capabilities to support payment strategies across the company.
• Partner closely with Tech to ensure that the platform architecture can support existing and emerging value drivers.
• Collaborate with Program to create and maintain well-defined and sustainable communication channels with our LOB partners.
• Ensure the platform is accurate and performant.
• Develop and align on the platform’s data posture.
• Drive tooling to improve reconciliation.
• Enable AI adoption and value.
