Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Payments-ACH Product Executive Director in a senior leadership role. Based in Jersey City and Tampa, you will guide product strategy, develop roadmaps, and drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver customer-centric payments solutions.

You will lead a team across Engineering, Design, Data, Risk/Controls, Legal, and Operations, owning performance metrics, market analysis, and GTM activities. Travel to support delivery is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
• Extensive knowledge of product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to influence adoption of key product life cycle activities.
• Experience driving change and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets.
• Leads the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development to support growth.
• Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices and product delivery.
• Owns product performance and invests in enhancements to achieve objectives.
• Monitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opportunities for differentiation.
• Drives stakeholder management across Engineering, Design, Data, Risk/Controls, Legal/Compliance, Operations, and leadership.
• Defines and tracks OKRs/KPIs, using data and experimentation to prioritize backlog.
• Partners with go-to-market and change management for launch plans and post-launch support.
• Periodic travel is required.
