Responsibilities

• Hands-on management of the product roadmap, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets for Access experiences using data to support decision making
• Leads product lifecycle adherence through budgeting, planning, execution, and monitoring of targets such as cost, adoption, and reliability
• Influences and manages global senior stakeholders across the payments ecosystem, driving change in complex matrixed organizations
• Establishes and maintains strong product governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with internal and external processes across teams
• Drive successful delivery of complex product initiatives using project management methodologies, ensuring on time, on scope, and on budget
• Owns product performance and investments to achieve business objectives
• Monitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opportunities for differentiation in payments and cash management
• Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices such as research, storyboarding, prototyping, adoption strategies, and delivery
