Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering products, projects, or technology applications with payments focus.
• Knowledge of Payments and Transaction Banking industries.
• Knowledge of product development life cycle, technical design, data analytics, and governance frameworks.
• Proven ability to influence and drive adoption of lifecycle activities using data.
• Experience leading change and managing stakeholders across functions.
• Strong leadership to drive cross-functional teams from conception to launch.
• Excellent communication across diverse audiences.
• Deep knowledge of payments, cash management, and global transaction banking.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on management of the product roadmap, development, execution, risk management, and growth targets for Access experiences using data-driven decisions.
• Oversee product lifecycle governance: budgeting, planning, execution, and future development with attention to cost, adoption, and reliability.
• Influence and manage global senior stakeholders across the payments ecosystem.
• Establish and maintain strong product governance frameworks and ensure compliance across teams.
• Drive delivery of complex initiatives with best-in-class project management to meet scope, budget, and timelines.
• Own product performance and invest in enhancements to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and identify opportunities for differentiation in payments and cash management.
• Coach and mentor the product team on best practices including market research, prototyping, and product adoption.
