Qualifications

• 8 years of experience delivering payments products, projects, or related technology in banking or financial services.
• Deep knowledge of payments product life cycle, technical design, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets for ACH and payroll payments infrastructure.
• Partner with the Small Business Banking team to align product strategy with client needs and deliver integrated payables solutions.
• Lead the full product life cycle for payables solutions from planning to future development.
• Drive modernization by championing new technologies, payment rails, and process improvements.
• Coach and mentor the product team on best practices in payments innovation and go-to-market strategies.
• Own product performance and invest in enhancements for cost efficiency, feature development, and reliability.
• Collaborate with technology, operations, risk, compliance, and sales to ensure seamless delivery and regulatory compliance.
