Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services is seeking an Associate Director, Business Transformation to lead a team of business and systems analysts driving strategic improvements across payment channels and servicing operations.

You will own payment processing and remittance operations for retail and lease portfolios, coordinating with Operations, Treasury, Technology, and external partners to optimize processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in financial services, auto finance, payment operations, servicing, or related environment.
• 3+ years of leadership managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• 3+ years in payment operations, reconciliation, treasury, or servicing functions.
• Experience with payment processors, banking partners, lockbox, ACH, vendor relations, and channel configurations.

Responsibilities

• Own configurations for customer payment channels (electronic bill pay, lockbox, ACH, online payments, IVR).
• Ensure accurate routing, application, and reconciliation across portfolios.
• Lead channel enhancements, system configurations, and vendor changes.
• Drive payment transformation initiatives to improve automation and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Operations, Treasury, Finance, Compliance, Risk, Tech, and vendors.
• Manage relationships with banks, processors, and service providers; oversee implementations.
