Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services, Inc. seeks an Associate Director, Business Transformation to guide a team of business and systems analysts focused on payment processing and remittance across retail and lease portfolios.

You will partner with Operations, Treasury, Technology, and external vendors to drive strategic improvements, automation, and enhanced customer experience while maintaining controls. The role leads payment channel configurations, vendor relationships, and transformation

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in financial services, auto finance, payment operations, servicing, or related operations.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing teams, projects, and cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Minimum 3 years in payment operations, reconciliation, treasury management, or related functions.
• Experience with NACHA rules and payment exception management.
• Experience leading initiatives including requirements gathering, system implementations, reporting, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain business configurations for all customer payment channels (electronic bill pay, lockbox, ACH, online payments, IVR, third-party processors).
• Ensure accurate payment routing, application, and reconciliation across retail and lease portfolios with compliance and audit readiness.
• Serve as primary business owner for payment channel enhancements, configurations, and vendor-related changes.
• Lead payment transformation initiatives to improve customer experience, automate processes, and increase efficiency.
• Partner with Operations, Treasury, Finance, Compliance, Risk, Technology, and external vendors on strategic payment initiatives.
• Manage relationships with banks, payment processors, and service providers with requirements definition and oversight.
• Analyze payment/remittance data to identify risks, resolve exceptions, and establish performance metrics.
• Lead and develop a team of analysts, balancing priorities and continuous improvement.
