Stellantis Financial Services is seeking a Director of Servicing Initiatives and Transformation to lead the strategic roadmap for Servicing Operations. You will partner with executives to drive technology investments, operational improvements, and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across multiple functions.

The role requires extensive leadership experience, a strong grasp of regulatory considerations, and a track record of delivering complex programs with measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of progressive leadership experience in automotive finance, banking, servicing operations, or related fields.
• Minimum 7 years of people leadership experience managing managers and/or professional staff.
• Minimum 10 years leading large-scale business transformation, servicing operations, technology implementation, or strategic initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Servicing Operations strategic roadmap aligned with objectives and regulations.
• Partner with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives, technology investments, and transformation efforts.
• Lead large-scale servicing transformation programs including tech implementations and change adoption.
• Establish governance, risk management, performance metrics, and executive reporting.
