Job summary

CareMetx, LLC is seeking a Director, HUB Operations to lead reimbursement and hub services for pharma, biotech and medical device clients. You will oversee program teams, partner with senior operations leadership, and shape strategic plans for existing and new programs.

The role requires strong project leadership, team development, and experience in healthcare reimbursement; travel may be required; the environment emphasizes collaboration with clients and providers to drive faster

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum seven years of experience.
• At least 5 years in a progressive management role.
• Minimum experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Broad knowledge of reimbursement, patient assistance programs, database elements and functionality; operational policies and processes.
• Knowledge of full service call center programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the existing team for operations related to manufacturer programs
• Responsible for the management of the client program manager(s)
• Participate in strategic and tactical planning sessions
• Make recommendations in the development of long-term strategies
• Present strategic and operational plans for the development of new programs
• Participate in proposal writing, contracting, client presentations, and pricing
• Involved with the development of policies, standard operating procedures and work instructions for manufacturer
• Responsible for overseeing the recruitment, training and management of program teams
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including being present, on time, and prepared for work as scheduled.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
