Job summary

CareMetx, LLC is seeking a Director of HUB Operations to oversee reimbursement and hub services for pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device clients. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, participate in strategic planning, and drive program development and pricing discussions.

The role requires extensive leadership experience in healthcare operations, strong project management, and a track record in managing complex client programs within the pharmaceutical space.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Broad knowledge and training in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, and reimbursement.
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience.
• At least five years in a progressive management role.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry required.
• General knowledge of reimbursement, patient assistance programs, database elements, and operational policies and processes.
• Dynamic leader who energizes multidiscipline teams.
• Preferred knowledge of full‑service call center programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the existing team for operations related to manufacturer programs
• Manage client program manager(s)
• Participate in strategic and tactical planning sessions
• Make recommendations in the development of long‑term strategies
• Present strategic and operational plans for new developments
• Participate in proposal writing, contracting, client presentations, and pricing
• Develop policies, standard operating procedures, and work instructions for manufacturer operations
• Oversee recruitment, training, and management of program teams
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including punctuality and preparedness
• Perform other related duties as assigned
