Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree with relevant marketing/sales/hub commercial experience or Bachelor’s with significant experience in marketing/sales/hub organizations.
• Two years of people-management experience or demonstrated leadership in teams, projects, programs, or resource allocation.
• Strong analytical skills, including basic financial modeling and advanced Excel, with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate requirements into operational programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational initiatives for the Patient Services HUB and reimbursement-support services.
• Design, enhance, and adopt patient-service technology including CRM platforms and field analytics.
• Coach and develop HUB Services team with clear performance expectations and growth paths.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive process efficiencies across patient-access vendors.
