Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 2 years of marketing/business experience in a hub organization.
• Master’s degree with 4 years of marketing/business experience in a hub organization.
• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of marketing/business experience in a hub organization.
• Associate’s degree with 10 years of marketing/business experience in a hub organization.
• High school diploma with 12 years of marketing/business experience in a hub organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational initiatives for the Patient Services HUB and reimbursement-support services.
• Design, enhance, and adopt patient-service technology including CRM platforms.
• Lead HUB Services team and drive performance and growth.
• Develop and optimize SOPs for patient and provider coverage-support processes.
• Provide system-related support, training, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with vendors on payer-policy updates and workflows.
• Partner to implement system-enabled SOPs and documentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve efficiency across PSP vendors.
