Ping Identity is seeking a strategic Director, Partner Programs, Enablement & Operations to build the operating system for partners to generate pipeline, win business, and deliver customer outcomes. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 9–11 years in partner programs, channel strategy, alliances, revenue operations or sales enablement.
• Experience in software/cloud/cybersecurity/identity ecosystems with complex partner motions.
• Proven ability to design and scale partner programs and enablement programs.
• Strong program-management, planning, metrics, and executive communication skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve the partner programs portfolio.
• Define minimum partner-ready package for priority products and motions.
• Lead partner enablement journeys for executives, sellers, and consultants.
• Establish onboarding calendars, training, certification, and reinforcement activities.
• Create a feedback loop to improve enablement content based on adoption and results.
• Provide concise narratives and recommendations for leadership on priorities and investments.
