Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience in the Financial Services industry.
• Understanding of management, training, coaching, and leadership principles.
• General understanding of technology software, including MS Office.
• FINRA 6, 63, 26, and 65 registrations required within established timelines.
• FINRA fingerprinting required.

For our client, we are seeking a Director Participant Engagement to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This leader will oversee regional participant engagement efforts that drive growth, strengthen product adoption, and support a high-performing field team. The role partners closely with internal stakeholders to improve service delivery, reinforce compliance, and expand distribution effectiveness. It is a hands‑on leadership position with a strong mix of coaching, training, and relationship management in a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $105,700 – $149,275 annually
