Ladders is seeking a Director Participant Engagement to lead a regional team and drive growth in the Finance & Insurance space. This remote role supports a US-based field team, focusing on adoption of products, coaching, and high performance while ensuring regulatory compliance.

As a hands-on leader you will partner with internal stakeholders, coach staff, and strengthen service delivery. The position offers a competitive compensation package and growth opportunities within a regulated industry.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience in the Financial Services industry.
• Understanding of management, training, coaching, and leadership principles.
• General understanding of technology software, including MS Office.
• FINRA 6, 63, 26, and 65 registrations required within established timelines.
• FINRA fingerprinting required.
