Location: Remote - US based candidates only. Compensation: $137,000 – $210,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
• 7 years of progressive experience in underwriting, portfolio management, product management, risk management, actuarial, or related insurance disciplines.
• 4+ years of relevant leadership experience.
• Experience managing portfolio performance and profitability across multiple products, programs, markets, or distribution channels.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with direct people management responsibilities.

This role will lead enterprise-wide underwriting and portfolio management efforts across multiple products and geographies, with a strong focus on risk oversight, profitability, and governance. The leader will partner closely with cross-functional teams to shape product strategy, pricing discipline, and eligibility frameworks. The position also calls for analytical leadership in model development, forecasting, and scalable operating processes that support consistent execution and portfolio performance.
