Pfizer is seeking a Director-level candidate to lead P2P and field engagement strategy for ELREXFIO in the US. The role focuses on peer-to-peer programs, congress presence, and resource development for sales enablement.

You will collaborate with Sales, Medical, and Launch Leads, oversee agencies, manage budgets, and drive communications that support brand performance. Travel to key congresses is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 8+ years of pharmaceutical marketing or US commercial experience.
• Strong project management skills with ability to flex and prioritize based on business needs.
• Experience with management of external agencies, project budgets, and timelines.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee P2P strategy and all related content from planning to execution.
• Lead field engagement strategy and regional HCP engagement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, and Launch Leads to translate insights into messaging and materials.
• Lead budget planning and forecasting for P2P and field programs.
