Pfizer in the United States is hiring a Director/Team Lead, Oncology Field Access & Reimbursement for the East Region. You will lead the regional FRDs, drive patient-first access strategies across all oncology products, and align with Pfizer’s overarching access goals while ensuring compliance with company guidelines.

You will coach leaders, manage budgets, partner with cross-functional teams, and transform field engagement to a data-driven model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities across teams.
• Experience leading reimbursement/market access programs preferred.
• Ability to work in a regulated environment and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional execution of field Access & Reimbursement strategies and provide insights to leadership.
• Review KPI metrics and coach FRDs to adjust tactics and strategy.
• Design and implement regional adoption of signal-based case prioritization.
• Collaborate with FRDs and leaders to manage budget and resources.
• Prioritize Oncology state societies and manage membership.
• Engage in cross-functional account teams, Medicare Carriers, and accounts.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop strategy and share best practices.
• Set accountability for FRDs to execute regional strategies and goals.
• Coach FRDs and manage performance and compliance.
• Model Pfizer values within the region.
• Optimize regional field access and reimbursement support and recruitment.
• Lead PX-related processes like interviewing, goal setting, performance reviews, merit and LTIs.
• Ensure compliant culture with Pfizer policies.
