Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 8+ years of pharmaceutical marketing or US commercial experience.

• Experience managing external agencies, budgets, and timelines.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
• High learning agility and ability to work in a matrix organization.
• Willingness to travel to represent brand at key events (e.g., congresses).

Responsibilities

• Oversee P2P content strategy, speaker programs, product theaters, and third‑party educational initiatives.
• Lead development of core P2P materials ensuring message consistency across indications.
• Own and integrate P2P strategies into cohesive promotional plans to drive brand performance.
• Lead KOL exchanges, advisory boards, and field engagement to translate insights into messaging.
