Job summary

Pfizer seeks a Regional Access & Reimbursement Leader to drive field strategies across Oncology in the East region, partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize payer dynamics and patient access. This role leads FRD teams, manages budgets, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards.

You will mentor FRDs, shape regional strategy, and influence senior leadership while delivering measurable outcomes in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. Eastern Time coverage is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Understanding of oncology reimbursement and payer dynamics.
• Experience across oral and infused/injectable (buy & bill) products.
• Ability to lead a team in a highly regulated environment with strict compliance.
• Willingness to work Eastern Time Zone hours and travel in East region.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional execution of field Access & Reimbursement strategies and provide insights to Pfizer leadership across Oncology, Pfizer Patient Services, Chief Marketing Office, and other cross-functional partners
• Review selected KPI metrics along with market and access trends to assess regional performance and provide necessary FRD coaching to adjust tactics, execution and/or strategy
• Design and implement regional adoption of signal-based case prioritization, and support the region’s transition towards measurement via compliant KPIs
• Collaborate with FRDs and other leaders to appropriately manage budget and assign allocations and resources
• Prioritize Oncology state societies and manage membership to ensure connectivity to reimbursement professionals
• Manage FRDs’ engagement in cross-functional account teams, at Medicare Administrative Carriers and with accounts
