Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a health science required.
• PharmD, PhD, or equivalent terminal doctoral degree (e.g., Doctor of Nursing Practice, Doctor of Physical Therapy) highly preferred.
• Relevant experience: PharmD/PhD with 5 years; MBA/MSc with 7 years; BA/BSc with 8 years.
• Subject matter expert recognized across internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrate breadth of leadership experiences and ability to influence and collaborate.
• Strong clinical and technical skills; excellent oral and written communication.
• Interpersonal skills; adapt to multiple external and internal customers and manage conflict.
• Change agility; adaptable to new opportunities and organizational change.
• Ability to manage remote projects, collaborate across a matrix, and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medical content in the designated TA.
• Identify and engage priority customer segments within the TA.
• Provide accurate, scientifically supported information per Pfizer guidelines.
• Lead and mentor field medical teams, and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues.
• Coordinate with global medical affairs, oncology R&D, and clinical operations on trial sites.
• Support investigator-sponsored research and capture insights from patient advocacy groups.
• Represent Pfizer Medical Affairs with professional bodies; maintain medical professionalism.
• Travel 50–75% to attend meetings and congresses as needed.
