Job summary

Acadia Healthcare is seeking a Director of Outpatient Services to lead PHP and IOP operations at our New Braunfels location, with monthly travel to Kerrville, Centerpoint, and surrounding Texas facilities. You will oversee day-to-day operational and clinical performance, and serve as a clinical leader ensuring a seamless transition for patients stepping down from inpatient care.

This role requires a Master’s or Doctorate-level licensed clinician and at least 4 years in behavioral health,

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate-level Licensed Clinician (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/PsyD/PhD).
• Minimum of 4 years in behavioral healthcare, including 2+ years of operations and managerial experience.
• Experience with PHP and IOP levels of care strongly preferred; familiarity with acute psychiatric hospital or residential SUD providers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PHP and IOP operations and service delivery.
• Drive key business metrics including volume, revenue, and patient satisfaction.
• Lead and develop a high-performing clinical and support team.
• Ensure compliance with licensure, accreditation, and contractual obligations.
• Support business development and outreach to boost admissions.
