Job summary

Acadia Healthcare seeks a Director of Outpatient Services to lead PHP and IOP programs at our New Braunfels location, with travel to Kerrville, Centerpoint and monthly coverage as needed. The role reports to executive leadership and focuses on sustaining clinical excellence and operational efficiency.

You will supervise clinicians and support staff, drive patient outcomes, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with business development to grow referrals.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate-level licensed clinician required; clinical leadership background.
• 4+ years in behavioral healthcare with operations/management experience.
• Experience with PHP and IOP not required; prefer exposure to acute psychiatric services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PHP/IOP operations and clinical programs.
• Drive KPIs: ADC, visits, revenue, EBITDA, patient satisfaction, and quality.
• Lead staff development, supervision, and mentorship.
• Support business development and outreach to grow admissions.
