Cedar Crest Hospital & RTC in Belton, Texas, seeks a Director of Outpatient Services to lead and grow our PHP/IOP programs. This role combines clinical leadership with operational excellence to drive growth, quality, and patient satisfaction across our outpatient services.

You will oversee daily operations, develop strategic growth initiatives, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with licensure and accreditation standards, while partnering with leadership to optimize care delivery.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate-level licensed clinician required (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD).
• Minimum 4 years in behavioral healthcare, with at least 2 years in operations/management.
• Experience with PHP and IOP care levels strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee PHP/IOP operations and clinical program delivery.
• Achieve business objectives including revenue, patient retention, and clinical quality.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across outpatient services.
• Lead outpatient care continuum collaboration with inpatient and community-based care.
• Support business development and outreach to drive direct admissions.
