Job summary

Pacific Grove Behavioral Health Hospital in Riverside, CA is seeking a Director of Outpatient Services to lead our PHP and IOP programs onsite. You will drive day-to-day operations, champion clinical excellence, and ensure regulatory and financial performance.

The role requires a Master’s or Doctorate-level licensed clinician with 4+ years in behavioral health, including 2+ years in operations; PHP/IOP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician at Master’s or Doctorate level (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/PsyD/PhD) is required.
• Minimum 4 years in behavioral healthcare with 2+ years in operations/management.
• Experience with PHP and IOP levels of care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PHP and IOP operations, including occasional groups.
• Achieve business objectives: ADC, visits, revenue, EBITDA, patient retention and satisfaction, and quality outcomes.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and supervise clinical and support staff to ensure high performance and compliance.
• Collaborate with leadership on growth initiatives and program development.
