Job summary

Connectivity Behavioral Health & Wellness seeks a part-time contracted PMHNP-BC to join a new co-occurring mental health and substance use PHP/IOP day program in New Braunfels, Texas. The PMHNP will lead psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and follow-up in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Experience with co-occurring disorders and measurement-informed care is preferred, with ability to contribute to program development and outcomes tracking as services expand.

Qualifications

• Current PMHNP-BC certification.
• Active, unrestricted Texas RN and APRN licenses.
• Appropriate Texas prescriptive authority and eligibility for physician delegation.
• DEA registration when required.
• Experience conducting psychiatric evaluations and providing medication management.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience treating co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders strongly preferred.
• PHP, IOP, outpatient psychiatry, residential, or addiction-treatment experience preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary behavioral health team.
• Interest in measurement-informed care and whole‑person treatment approaches.

Responsibilities

• The PMHNP will provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, ongoing follow‑up care, and appropriate medical assessments while collaborating with our Medical Director, Clinical Director, therapists, and multidisciplinary treatment team.
• The provider will also participate in treatment planning, utilize Trac9 measurement‑informed outcomes, Brain Frequency, and help establish psychiatric services as the program grows.
