Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 10+ years of progressive warehouse/fulfillment center operations experience.
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles with multi-site accountability.
• Proven track record managing 100+ employees with measurable improvements.
• Strong WMS knowledge, inventory control, and logistics operations.
• Excellent financial acumen with P&L management experience.
• Demonstrated success in process improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute fulfillment center strategies aligned with growth targets.
• Lead multi-site fulfillment with P&L accountability and performance ownership.
• Drive automation, technology enablement, and process innovation.
• Establish KPIs and operational metrics; pursue optimization opportunities.
• Oversee end-to-end fulfillment: receiving, warehousing, inventory, order processing, shipping.
• Optimize layouts, labor deployment, and capacity utilization.
• Mentor and develop fulfillment center leaders and teams; foster engagement.
• Manage annual operating budgets across centers; monitor costs vs. service levels.
• Report financial and operational results to executives with insights.
• Ensure OSHA compliance, safety protocols, and quality standards.
