ASM Global seeks a Director of Organizational Change Management to lead the enterprise-wide change strategy across finance, technology, legal, HR and commercial workstreams. You will partner with executives and initiative leaders to drive adoption, readiness and sustained transformation.

The role oversees impact assessments, stakeholder readiness, leadership alignment, manager enablement, communications, training, and post-launch reinforcement for multi-project programs.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years leading organizational change on large, multi-workstream programs.
• Ability to influence executives and cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority.
• Experience with operating model changes and technology implementations is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop and lead the organization-wide change management strategy across multiple workstreams.
• Build stakeholder readiness plans and measure adoption and impact.
• Lead leadership alignment and manager enablement programs.
• Design communications, training, and reinforcement plans for sustained adoption.
• Monitor post-launch stabilization and prevent reversion to old processes.
