Job summary

Inspire seeks a Director, Financial Systems to lead the strategic vision, implementation, and integration of our financial reporting and budgeting information systems. This role oversees Oracle Cloud Financials ERP/EPM and related tools, requiring onsite work at the Global Support Center in Atlanta, GA, about 80% of the time.

You will partner with Finance and IT leadership, drive data governance, and manage complex multi-brand, multi-currency environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS/CS; accounting/finance degree preferred.
• 10+ years in finance/controllership with Oracle Cloud Financials.
• 5+ years implementing Oracle Cloud Financials.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation and maintenance of Oracle Cloud Financials suite.
• Define user requirements and translate to functional specs.
• Manage data integrity and EDM metadata, CoA, and hierarchies.
• Coordinate ERP/ETL implementations for acquisitions and integrations.
• Support period close and reporting processes.
