Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials within a complex accounting environment.
• Experience with core accounting processes: Order to Cash, Record to Report, Procure to Pay; GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management.
• Strong SOX compliance, audit support, and financial systems governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting technology strategy, roadmap, and governance for Oracle EBS and related finance systems.
• Define and deliver system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and support models with Accounting, Finance, and IT.
• Oversee design, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle EBS financial modules.
• Drive process improvements and automation across accounting operations (close, reconciliations, reporting).
• Ensure financial systems support accurate, timely, compliant accounting operations and reporting.
• Maintain strong internal controls with Controllership, Compliance, and Internal Audit on SOX.
• Lead requirements gathering, design reviews, testing strategy, and UAT for system changes.
• Evaluate upstream/downstream integrations affecting data and reporting.
• Establish and monitor metrics for system effectiveness and data quality.
• Manage finance tech initiatives, including cross-functional projects and vendors.
• Mentor and develop teams supporting accounting systems and finance tech operations.
• Support change management, training, and adoption for new/updated systems.
• Collaborate with platform teams to align with operations; patching, releases, dependencies.
