Job summary

TreeHouse Foods, headquartered in Oak Brook, IL, seeks a Director, Operations PMO & Manufacturing Network Optimization to lead enterprise-wide transformation and optimize the manufacturing network. This role guides cross-functional execution and governance to ensure initiatives deliver the intended benefits.

You'll partner with senior leaders, manage complex programs, and drive change management across sites, empowering teams to achieve strategic growth and efficiency. Travel will be 50%–75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide operations transformation programs from concept through implementation and benefit realization.
• Develop and manage integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements.
• Provide clear, regular updates to executives and other stakeholders on progress, decisions, risks, and outcomes.
• Establish program governance, escalation processes, risk-management practices, and decision-making frameworks.
• Partner with senior leaders to align initiatives with corporate strategy and operational priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive accountability for execution and results.
• Support change management so operational changes are implemented effectively and sustained.
