Job summary

You will translate insights into annual plans, manage cross-functional teams, and drive disciplined execution, talent development, and operating rhythm improvements across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Food Science, or related field required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own category business performance, including profitability, growth, and operating priorities.
• Set and execute the category strategy and growth plan aligned to Growth Unit priorities.
• Translate strategy into a pipeline of growth, pricing, portfolio, and customer initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional category tables and drive disciplined execution across plans.
• Develop talent and build operating rhythms to improve accountability and speed.

Education
