Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Operations, Management or related field.
• Minimum five years in a manufacturing environment, with at least three years in a project management or continuous improvement role.
• Strong situational leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the plant organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively represent and report on CI activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead TMOS implementation and sustainment with site leadership.
• Manage a portfolio of CI projects to improve quality, efficiency, and financial performance.
• Coach KPI owners through gap analysis, corrective actions, and validation.
• Deliver training on continuous improvement tools and methodologies to develop internal capabilities.
• Lead project review meetings and communicate results and progress to stakeholders.
