Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in operations, management or related field.
• Minimum five years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience in project management or continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead TMOS deployment and ensure standard manufacturing processes are applied.
• Serve as change agent and model leadership behaviors aligned with TMOS.
• Monitor KPIs, coach KPI owners, and drive gap closure.
• Collaborate with CI leaders to align site efforts with enterprise strategies.
• Lead a portfolio of projects to optimize supply chain processes and efficiency.
• Identify improvement opportunities and replicate best practices across sites.
• Prioritize projects using site data and define scope, resources, timelines, and roles.
• Drive site-level continuous improvement initiatives and manage business process transformation.
• Lead project reviews, address obstacles, and communicate results.
