TreeHouse Foods is seeking an Operational Excellence Specialist at our Womelsdorf, PA facility to drive TMOS implementation and sustainment while improving Supply Chain performance. You will partner with site leadership and cross-functional teams to lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product quality, efficiency, and plant operations.

This on-site, first-shift role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years in manufacturing or supply chain, with strong analytical,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Operations, Management, or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of related experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies or project-based work.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and support change initiatives.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.

Responsabilités

• Support TMOS implementation and sustainment across the site.
• Act as change agent and support resources while modeling TMOS behaviors.
• Monitor KPIs related to supply chain performance and track follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with CI leaders to align with enterprise initiatives.
• Support execution of CI projects to improve operational efficiency.
• Identify process improvements and replicate best practices across sites.
• Use site data for prioritization, scoping, and execution planning.
• Support training and coaching on continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
