• Strong P&L, financial, analytical thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams, influence without authority, and driving decisions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business analytics tools; experience with ERP, syndicated data, financial planning, or BI tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own category business performance, including profitability, growth, operational priorities, and targets.
• Set and execute category strategy, growth plan, and portfolio initiatives.
• Translate strategy into a prioritized pipeline of growth, pricing, and customer initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional category tables and ensure disciplined execution of plans.
• Drive disciplined project execution and clear communication across teams.
• Develop talent, coaching direct reports and partners for sustained growth.
