Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science is required; MS preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive food industry experience.
• Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary scientific organizations.

Responsibilities

• Establish enterprise-leading technical expertise across product categories and manufacturing platforms.
• Develop rapid prototyping capabilities to accelerate concept development and commercialization.
• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and consumer trends for competitive advantage.
• Develop and execute a multi-year Science & Technology roadmap aligned with growth priorities.
• Create customer showcase programs and partner with Commercial teams to demonstrate capabilities.
• Build enterprise capabilities serving all business units with standardized platforms.
• Foster a culture of curiosity, learning, and capability-building for future leaders.
