TreeHouse Foods, a leading private label foods manufacturer, seeks a Director of Operations PMO & Manufacturing Network Optimization to lead enterprise-wide transformation and network optimization initiatives across our facilities. This role guides cross-functional teams, establishes program governance, and drives change management to realize benefits.

Based in Oak Brook, IL or the Dallas–Fort Worth area, this full-time position requires 50–75% travel and delivers strategic value through

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain, engineering, operations finance, enterprise transformation, strategy, or program management.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple functions, sites, and senior stakeholders in manufacturing.
• Strong financial and analytical capability, including business case development, cost/savings tracking, dashboards, and executive support.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide operations transformation programs from concept through implementation and benefits realization.
• Develop and manage integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, and resources.
• Provide regular updates to executives on progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Establish governance, risk management, and decision-making frameworks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive accountability for execution.
• Support change management so changes are implemented and sustained.
