Job summary

ABGI USA, Houston-based, seeks an Associate Director of Operational Excellence to drive strategic initiatives and daily operations across the organization. This role blends leadership with hands-on project management to enhance efficiency, scalability, and client service delivery.

The ideal candidate will guide change initiatives, develop data-driven KPIs, and partner with department leaders to achieve executive objectives and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree may be beneficial.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in operations, consulting, business management, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience driving enterprise-level or cross-functional results.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM, reporting, or business operations platforms is highly valued.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Align daily, quarterly, and annual operations with company objectives.
• Lead firm-wide operational initiatives that increase efficiency and scalability.
• Translate strategy into actionable operational plans and ensure execution.
• Develop frameworks that improve accountability, communication, and performance.
