Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong data analytics and management skills to interpret business needs into operational requirements.
• Deep Operational Excellence and manufacturing background with Lean Six Sigma knowledge.
• Demonstrated leadership on OpEx projects in multi-disciplinary environments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate leadership in building site strategy, prioritization and execution.
• Drive alignment and communication of shared goals across the site.
• Lead transformational changes across end-to-end value streams and technology.
• Establish standards for operating excellence (Gemba Walks, Leader Standard Work, 5S).
• Oversee Site Digital Roadmap and Digital Operations strategy.
• Manage Learning & Training to ensure effective training of personnel.
