This role blends strategy with execution in a fast-paced professional services environment. You will mentor leaders, align departments to strategic priorities, and implement scalable operating models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA/advanced degree beneficial.
• 5+ years in operations, consulting, business management, or related.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership driving enterprise results.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence initiatives and drive measurable results.
• Develop plans translating strategy into actionable operations.
• Collaborate with leaders to align objectives and performance.
• Implement frameworks to improve accountability and performance.
• Oversee reporting, forecasting, KPIs, risks, and opportunities.
