Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing a team of 6+ employees.
• Strong project management experience with multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Advanced SQL skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience leading business process improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and building business cases.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Business Process Consultants and set goals, priorities, and performance expectations.
• Identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities through process analysis and stakeholder engagement.
• Build business cases and project plans for process, system, and operational enhancements.
• Manage projects from initiation through implementation, including planning, testing, and evaluation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver business improvements.
• Maintain and prioritize a backlog of improvement initiatives based on impact and strategy.
• Use data analysis to identify trends, support recommendations, and measure outcomes.
• Lead change management efforts to ensure adoption of new processes and systems.
• Establish continuous improvement practices and monitor performance against success criteria.
