Job summary
mSupply is seeking a Director of Operations Excellence to lead performance management, transformation execution, technology adoption, and benefits realization across its U.S. and Canada operations.
The role drives KPI frameworks, governance, and reporting for a multi-site distribution network, partnering across functions to realize financial and operational improvements. The Director translates programs into measurable outcomes, builds dashboards, and establishes an adoption governance for
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Advanced degree preferred.
- Demonstrated ownership of measurement or performance management systems with measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytical capability with Excel modeling and BI tooling.
Responsibilities
- Own an integrated performance view across Operations and Supply Chain transformation programs (e.g., Lantern, Conduit, ONE SCM).
- Cascade savings, inventory, and efficiency targets to regions and branches with clear reporting.
- Establish governance for technology adoption and benefits realization.
- Lead Lantern governance, data integrity, and vendor/implementation oversight.
- Prepare leadership forums with validated data and clear recommendations.
