Syneos Health in the United States is seeking a senior leader to direct the Epidemiology Pipeline for Oncology. You will guide scientific strategy and work with RWLP, business development, and operations to advance global opportunities.

The role requires SME in oncology trials, strong knowledge of study designs, and familiarity with SAS/R/Python; remote work with leadership duties is offered.

Qualifications

• SME in oncology clinical trials with global experience.
• Graduate degree in epidemiology, statistics, or public health.
• Knowledge of varied study designs; post-marketing and late-phase designs preferred.
• Familiar with SAS, R, or Python programming.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific oversight of projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Collaborate with RWLP management to develop and win global opportunities.
• Lead development of study documents: protocol, CRF, SAP, analysis plans.
• Facilitate scientific advisory boards and produce reports.
• Develop trainings on epidemiologic designs and guidelines.
• Build capacity and improve processes for non-traditional site management.
• Publish abstracts and lead authorship in journals.
