University at Buffalo seeks a Director of Residential Housing Services to provide senior leadership over on-campus housing operations, ADA accommodations, and summer conference housing for ~8,000 students in 13 residence halls and 5 apartment complexes. You will lead occupancy strategies, contracting, and communications to students, families, and campus partners.

The role reports to the Director of Housing Operations and emphasizes equity, access, and enrollment retention through collaboration

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 3+ years.
• Supervisory experience with professional staff.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and campus partners.
• Strong understanding of housing operations, assignments, and ADA processes.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and student-centered service.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership and administrative oversight for Housing Services.
• Oversee occupancy management and room assignment processes.
• Coordinate with Enrollment Management and Marketing to drive occupancy.
• Ensure consistent communications across channels to students, parents and staff.
• Direct and indirect management of the Housing Services team.
