Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s with 3+ years.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience with professional staff.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and campus partners to advance student-centered outcomes.
• Strong understanding of housing operations, assignments systems, and ADA accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and administrative oversight for Housing Services.
• Oversee occupancy management and room assignment processes to meet targets.
• Partner with Enrollment Management and Marketing to position housing as a recruitment tool.
• Ensure consistent communications across channels to families, students, and staff.
• Direct and indirect management of the Housing Services team.
