Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager, with responsibility for scope, schedule, stakeholder communication, and delivery of projects of moderate complexity.
• Demonstrated written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated organizational and leadership skills, including the ability to coordinate work across teams.
• Demonstrated experience using project management and collaboration tools, such as Microsoft 365 and common project management platforms (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Monday.com).

Responsibilities

• Supervision, training, and development of undergraduate student staff and graduate assistants.
• Community development.
• 24-hour crisis intervention.
• Provide educational and social programming for the residential population.
• Community council advisor.
• Facilities management.
• Serve as a conduct officer for student conduct and community standards and a special advising assignment.
• Emergency and crisis response duties, including after-hours and weekends; this is an essential-critical position.
• Summer responsibilities such as summer hall director or conference director.
