Job summary

Qualifications

Full‑time experience in residence hall or university apartment management.

Responsibilities

supervise, training, and development of undergraduate student staff and graduate assistants.
community development and 24‑hour crisis intervention.
provide educational and social programming for residents.
serve as conduct officer for student conduct and community standards.
manage facilities and on‑call responsibilities, including after hours and weekends.
participate in summer roles such as summer hall director or conference director.
